15th Annual Central Florida Family History Conference
You’re invited to the 15th Annual Central Florida Family History Conference on Saturday, October 29th, 2011 from 9am-4pm. This regional event brings in experts from all over the country to help you find your family’s history.
For this year’s conference, we are excited to bring you the latest news on where to find information on your ancestors as well as big, new changes to Internet research sites. Again this year, we are proud to announce that there will be two afternoon classes delivered in Spanish! See the conference schedule for exact topics.
Five classes run simultaneously all day. View the Schedule to see all classes and times.
To register for the conference, please go to the registration page.
If you have questions, you may call our Conference Coordinator during normal business hours at 407-291-4285.
The conference does not have facilities for childcare, so we hope you’ll make your own arrangements for babysitting. We know that young adults (teenagers) and up will certainly benefit from the conference!
The conference is located at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 3001 SOUTH Apopka-Vineland Rd., Orlando, Florida. It’s just 1/4 mile north of the intersection of Conroy-Windermere Rd and Apopka-Vineland Rd. It’s also directly across the street from The Orlando Florida Temple, a large white temple on the west side of the road.

When you arrive at the conference, you’ll be able go to a special table called “Pre-Registration” and they’ll have your packet ready just for you! Remember that there is no payment in advance.
The conference is free. If you want lunch, the charge will be $7.00, which can be paid at the “Pre-registration Desk” when you arrive. Lunch will be catered by Chick-Fil-A.
You can also purchase a CD or a bound notebook containing all the handouts for $10. This year we are offering an exciting deal: Lunch + CD+ bound notebook for $20.00. There will be a limited supply of notebooks, so please pre-register and order your notebook before October 15.
